Litter License
A Litter License is required for each FooPet parent of a breeding. Once you own at least one Litter License, you may send out an unlimited number of Breeding Requests to other members. If you plan to breed two of your own FooPets, you'll need to own 2 Litter Licenses. You may gift a Litter License to another member in anticipation of their accepting a breeding request from you. See our Breeding page under 'More Stuff' for more information.
