Not really into talking about myself but I’m a full time stay at home Army wife/animal mom. My animals are my life <3
Summer is our 11 month old white Siberian Husky (profile picture) She is my baby. I got her when my husband was away for 7 months and she was there for me every day and continues to be there for me every day. As most huskies she has her own personality and is very sassy.
Next we have Hobbes. He’s our one year old tabby cat who is missing his tail (not sure how he came to have no tail). He was actually a friends cat that he could no longer keep. Hobbes grew up with our rabbits and sometimes thinks he is a rabbit and tries to eat salad with them.
The rabbits are next. We own 3. Dany, Barney and Izzy. Dany was the first pet my husband and I got together. She’s moved 4 times with us in her 2 years of life. She’s a light brown color and usually very grumpy unless she is getting some kind of treats. Barney was our next rabbit, he turned a year old the same day as Hobbes. He weighs about 11 pounds and is the biggest baby. Loves fruit loops and blueberries and getting love from Mom. Izzy is the last one, we got her in February from a friend of my brothers. They were outside playing around and this little black rabbit came running up to them. Not being able to keep her they asked me if I would be able to take her in. So of course I did. They all live outside right now due to Barney eating the walls at our last place. But they are still very spoiled.
The last 3 pets we own are very small and of the reptile kind. Sulley, Belle and Squirt. Sulley and Belle are tiger salamanders that I found stuck in the window wells back in Colorado. They are fat and happy salamanders and we love them just the same as any other pet. Squirt is our new baby turtle. He is no bigger then a dollar coin right now. We got him while out on a walk and I almost stepped on him (oops :( ) Luckily I didn’t step on him, but being as small as he was we took him to make sure he wouldn’t get eaten by something bigger or stepped on like I almost did. He enjoys crickets and baloney.
