Nova -8 is a female Beagle born June 6, 2013
and last adopted September 10, 2013.
She is 6 years and 7 months old.
I see you’ve stumbled across Nova’s profile! If you continue on reading, I hope you enjoy it!
Nova is a beautiful Lost Stat (-8) Beagle. She’s very playful! So feel free to play with her! She may not be very obedient but she’s the most loyal and friendly pup you’ll ever meet! She’s a true sweetheart!
My mum and I once looked after a Beagle. We were showing her, because we show dogs, obviously. She was the sweetest Beagle, I loved her dearly and I still do deep down. My mum knew that she never liked showing, she was more of a companion pet rather than a show pet. My mum convinced the owner that he should find her a pet home where she wouldn’t be shown. I didn’t want her to go, but I knew it was going to happen. It took weeks, I finally convinced mum that we should keep her, but by then it was to late, that afternoon her owner rang and said that he’d found her a new home. My mum never told me. The next day, I went to school as usual. But I got home and Nova was gone. Gone for good but never forgotten. Always in my heart. When I heard that the owner of her was going to be looking for a pet home for her, I lived in fear, knowing each day with her could be my last. I was upset and depressed for weeks. Looking at photos we had of her. I didn’t want to believe it was true. But it was. I never really loved Beagles until she came into my life. But like the real Nova wasn’t obedient, just like this baby. She is a perfect representation of Nova. That’s why I wanted her so badly.
As you can see, the real Nova has a typical Beagle look. I miss her, a lot. But deep down I know I’ll never see her again. She’s just a sweet memory. A memory that will last a lifetime. I will never forget her. She will always be my baby.
I got this beautiful baby in a rehoming. It’s the first rehoming I’ve ever one and I’m honoured to say that. She was well worth the effort. She’s just simply beautiful and amazing. I’m still in shock. I can’t believe I got her. I was chasing her tail ever since I first laid eyed on her. She’s just so perfect to represent my real Nova. I really have no words to describe my emotions. I’m just in shock. I can’t believe it!
Buffy you’re truly an angel. I cannot believe you chose me for this perfect baby. I have no words. I could say “thank you” a million times and it still wouldn’t compare. I just can’t believe it. As I said, I’m in shock. I was in History, in school, with the biggest and creepiest smile on my face. I hope nobody saw it. Tears came to my eyes. I seriously cannot thank you enough. She’s just perfect to represent my real Nova.
My original app (the usual type of form to fill out):
Neo-. I was once known as Bree-bug but changed my username. I wanted something like Neon-, but it was taken so I decided to take the last letter off and got Neo-. People have asked me about the Matrix. Truth is I’ve never even seen it and I never knew the main character was named Neo. So that was a mere accident. But I’m well known as Neo and I don’t plan on changing that any time soon.
I’m currently a lovely blue star on level 47 I believe. Although I should be a black star many times over. I’m in no rush to get there. I don’t earn the max StarPoints and FooGems each day. I don’t even earn half. Just a bit under half. I feed my pets twice a day. I don’t over feed them for StarPoints. As I said. I’m in no rush to get there.
BB? What number?;;
Yes indeedie. A wonderful 37. I assure you it would be at about 300 – 350 if I hadn’t taken a break a while back.
Why do you want her?;;
Well. I once “owned” I Beagle. Well we were technically looking after her. We did show her a bit as well, but she didn’t like it. So we convinced the owner she should go to a pet home rather than a show home. I didn’t want her to go and my mum was starting to want to keep her as well. But a few days later, before we could speak the owner said he found her a home. I was at school, I was scared to go to school for 2 weeks because I was afraid that when I got home she’d be gone. But that day, I got home and she was gone. I was happy she found a home but I was also depressed for the next few days because she meant so much to me. I miss her to this day still. And this was over 5 years ago. I miss her soft floppy ears and her constant wagging tail. She had the most beautiful personality. She was so loving. And I’ve also found a new love for Beagles. And well, your baby is lost in obedience, she wasn’t very obedient. You’d call her name and she’d keep walking. Sometimes you’d need to chase after her and catch her or you’d think she wouldn’t come back. You couldn’t teach her tricks because she’d always keep jumping on you for the treats to try and train her. But she was beautiful.
What would you rename her?;;
In memory of the gorgeous Beagle I once had for some months. I’d name her Lost’Nova.
Can you provide a forever home?;;
For this baby girl, I can’t provide a forever home. I can however promise I forever home. She’d stay by my side. That’s a promise.
Thank you <3. I really hope you give me a chance. I’ve never won a rehoming and I hope it starts with this baby <3.
My original task (a very fun task where you had to write a story including 5 random words, those words were: eight, raccoon, popsicle, hurricane and toenail clippers):
My Story (Task One For Hailey)
Hailey had an owner who had to be perfect in every way. She loved Hailey but not as much as she probably could. One day they were out the front of their house, eating Popsicles. Then suddenly a raccoon ran past. Hailey knew something was wrong, a raccoon would never be caught in daylight. She looked up at her owner who had saw the raccoon but hadn’t taken much notice of it. It started to get very windy very fast. Hailey looked up at her owner and started whimpering. Her owner looked down with scared eyes and a pale expression. By this time they had finished their Popsicles. They dropped their Popsicle sticks on the ground and ran inside. The power was out. They ran around the house looking for a battery operated radio. Hailey found it, she started barking to let her owner know she had found one and where she was. They quickly turned the radio on. Static. So they had to try and find a new radio station. They found one, but it was hard to hear because it was mostly static. They couldn’t make out any words. But just before they turned it off they heard a word. Hurricane. They looked at each other, with teary eyes. They knew what they had to do. They didn’t have time to get out of there, they knew that. So all they could do was bunker down. They sat in the middle of the lounge room floor. It was dark outside. They didn’t want to sleep. They could hear car alarms going off in the distance. The wind was howling away outside. So Hailey decided to howl with it. She soon stopped when there was a very loud bang outside. So she nuzzled in closer to her owner. They got way to tired and fell asleep. Hayley’s owner woke up at about eight o’clock that morning. The sun was out. They birds were singing. But Hailey was gone. So she got up and looked around. The house seemed perfect. Until she got to the bathroom which was no longer there because of the hurricane. The first thing she was instantly concerned about was finding her precious toenail clippers. But meanwhile, Hailey is hiding under someone’s porch. She doesn’t know where she is and she can’t find her way home. She can hear footsteps on the porch above her. She starts whimpering. The footsteps stop. They start again. Hailey can see the feet walking down the start and standing in front of her. The feet turn to face her. Then Hailey sees the sweet innocent face of a child. The child was called by her mother, telling her to not leave the yard. The child yells back saying that there’s a puppy under the porch. Her mother comes out and looks and can see Hailey. In a calm voice they both convince her to come out. Hailey is all dusty and dirty so they give her a bath. Hailey is now very comfortable with the family. Later that evening the girls father comes home. She told him they got a doggy. He questions the girls mother and he explained what had happened. They decided that if they couldn’t find her owner within 2 weeks that they would keep her. But back at Hailey’s owners house, she’s printing off paper with a photo of Hailey and her phone number, saying she’s lost. Months passed with still no sign of Hailey. After eight months of Hailey being lost and seeing no sign of her, she lost hope and gave up. Hailey was still with that same family that had found her. They have had a new addition to the family since then. That little girl is now an older sister, with a new born baby brother. The family obviously didn’t know her name was Hailey. So they renamed her Nova. She will always remember as Hailey. As a sweet memory. But she knows that she’s found a new home, a forever one. With her two new owners and her sister and little brother. She will never forget her old owner. Not in this lifetime. The whole family lived together, happily for many more years.
I really enjoyed this task. It’s the first I’ve done one like this! It was so fun! I hope you like it. Just so you know. This has nothing to do with you, Buffy, or myself. It’s just a story ^ ^.
I really enjoyed this task, it was by far the most fun task I’ve done in a rehoming yet. I was very proud of myself!
I’m sorry to disappoint you all, but Nova is in her forever home. That’s a promise I made to an amazing member that will be kept. Sorry guys. But I love her a lot as well!
Thanks for visiting, come again soon!
