Sandy, thank you SO much ilysm ❤
Welcome to White’Chocolate’s profile! He’s a very special Westie, and he’s a kind of shy one too. He has friends, sure. But he has trouble when meeting dogs. You see, he likes them yes. He just gets spooked and the reason why is he’s a slow runner. Other dogs usually try to chase him, and he gets caught sometimes. He’s not the best runner, always tripping on his paws or tail. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t nice. Once you get to know him and he warms up to you, he will be crazy nice! He licks faces all the time, so be ready for a warm, sloppy, kiss from him! White’Chocolate is never mean, he wouldn’t even hurt a fly. He’s a gentle pup, he doesn’t like to hurt others- even if they’re going to hurt him. White’Chocolate is very innocent, but can get himself into a little bit of trouble during dinner! Food is his favorite thing, as well. So just because he’s shy and sweet, doesn’t mean anything when it comes to food. Of course, he won’t hurt anything for food, just beg and eventually jump up onto a chair and have a feast. Like for example, on Thanksgiving he’ll get a little crazy… just a little! He’ll beg and beg for the turkey, until eventually his suspect will drop a few pieces. Then, he’ll just go to everyone and do the same thing until he’s filled up! Holidays are his absolute favorite. Why? There’s food and every year on Christmas his ‘shy shell’ cracks open a little, like an egg! He seems to feel all the happiness and love and it makes him happy, so he walks around to everyone sniffing them. If you’re lucky, he’ll lay down on your lap and follow you around the rest of the night. When it’s not holidays, he’ll always be outside playing around. Of course, in the snow his running is very bad that he has to wear dog shoes. Why you may ask. Well, his paws are very sensitive to coldness, and that’s another reason on why his running is very bad. In spring you can find him with a butterfly on his nose, or maybe, in summer you’ll find him splashing in his doggie pool or floating on a raft in a big pool. He’s not always a big fan of water, though. He can only go swimming during the day since the water is blue/clear. But at night, it looks black. And that scares White’Chocolate. So if you ever want to go night swimming, do not take White’Chocolate with you! Overall, White’Chocolate is a very sweet pup and is always willing to try and make some new friends. Though he is very shy, once he knows you’re all good you can too, become great friends!
