I (stupidly) paid the six months which expires in April. I guess I basically threw away my money. Although I DO have wonderful virtual friends here.

I totally agree – they are letting features break, not fixing them, NOT providing ANY customer service. Just taking our money. What a cash cow we’ve become to them.

there is so many problems.
people who pay monthly bonus/ LL non-existent
game glitch- a lot of the time no cash out on games.
decorating glitches
pets in constant breeding babies well over due
fookennel broken doesn’t care for pets
non-responding support
market no new items.
some peoples profiles won’t load- gives bad kitty error message

I have not received my Monthly Allowance & Litter Licence since November 30th. Have not received it in December or January. If I don’t get these & February also coming up I will NOT renew my Club Foo Plus in May when it runs out. I just sent my info to Foo on a Support ticket along with screenshots of my Foo Dollar ledger on back till November 30th showing them that Nov. was last I received allowance or litter license. Not getting hopes up on a response back. As of May 30th when my Club Foo runs out I will go to a free account if I am not given my money & litter licenses they have screwed me on. Why pay for stuff you never get! Ridiculous!

Nope no monthly bonuses for me. At this point, I’m owed two bonuses. Kittens two months overdue. No e-mails informing me that a pet has fleas. Decorating glitches. “angry kitties” galore when I try to move around the site. Games that don’t update. Computer crashes due to attempts to get to member profile page…Hey, other than that, the game works just fine! Bottom line, no way am I going to renew my Club Foo plus membership in April. I’m not even sure the site will be up that long. VERY SAD.

I still pay because I have so many pets. I worked hard to get them over the yrs. It would take too long to do it other wise. I still love this game despite it’s problems and am holding onto hope that it will someday work again. :D

My membership ran out today, will not be renewing. No point as most of the perk we don’t get any more! I missed out on several months bonus and LL … really no point.

When I log in & feed for a new day my badge total has now stopped advancing each day also. Still No answer either from Support which I sent off many days ago now about not receiving my monthly bonus Foo dollars for Club Foo Plus. Everything just keeps getting worse.

Update—-My badge is updating but takes anywhere from 12-13 hrs into the new day to do so. But still being screwed over for Monthly Foo Dollars & LL

“Going free” is fine – IF you h ave the time to handfeed all the pets.

I take care of 14 accounts – going through each one manually is not an option.

But, this site seems like it’s doomed, so I may use up all my FG and put the accounts in kennel until it expires.

Very sad- this site had potential, but poor management and lack of customer service is killing it.

Don’t waste your funds on the kennel Flatbushgambler, it also hasn’t worked for a long while now!

I use mobile on my other account now via my phone for a while at least but to be honest it is really getting on my nerves so I don’t think I will hang around for long once this account runs out!!

….I don’t think telling ‘the powers in charge’ (if there are any) to ‘fix this mess’, or to ‘stop ripping us off’ is going to work…. sorry, but nobody listens anymore. Also, I would take it up with your bank to have your money back, if it was taken twice from your a/c. You won’t get it back from Ron. :-(
